Information You Provide to Us

Account Information: Email address and name (when using Google or Apple Sign-In), and profile information (prayer level, spiritual goals, personal struggles) provided during onboarding.

User-Generated Content: AI chat conversations, prayer completion records, Quran reading history, Dhikr tracking data, achievement progress, and notification preferences.

Information Collected Automatically

Device Information: Device type and model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and app version.

Location Information: Approximate location for accurate prayer time calculations. This data is used only locally on your device and not transmitted to our servers.

Usage Information: App features used, time spent in app, interaction with notifications, and achievement unlocks.

Information from Third Parties

Authentication Providers: Google Sign-In (Email, name, profile picture) and Apple Sign-In (Email, name (optional)).

Subscription Management: RevenueCat (Subscription status, purchase history, device information).

Data Storage and Privacy-First Approach

Local Storage: All personalization data (prayer level, goals, struggles), prayer completion history, chat conversations, Quran reading progress, and achievement data is stored locally on your device.

Cloud Storage (Supabase): We store account authentication credentials (encrypted), subscription status (managed by RevenueCat), and minimal user profile data for account management.

We Do NOT:

  • Sell your personal information to third parties
  • Share your spiritual journey data with advertisers
  • Use your data for purposes other than providing our services
  • Store your location data on our servers

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information with:

  • Service Providers: Supabase (Authentication and secure data storage), Google Cloud (AI-powered spiritual guidance via Gemini AI), RevenueCat (Subscription management), and Expo/React Native (App infrastructure and push notifications).
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
  • Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will provide notice before your information is transferred.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information:

  • Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Secure authentication via OAuth 2.0
  • Encrypted storage for sensitive credentials (Expo SecureStore)

AI and Data Processing

AI Chat Conversations

  • Conversations are sent to Google's Gemini AI for processing.

  • Conversations are not used to train AI models without your consent.
  • Chat history is stored locally on your device.
  • You can delete chat history at any time.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use minimal tracking technologies:

  • AsyncStorage: Local storage for app preferences and data
  • Analytics: Anonymous usage statistics to improve the app
  • Crash Reporting: Anonymous crash reports to fix bugs

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers.

International Data Transfers
